Delve Fonts will withhold sales taxes for purchases shipped to any location within the State of California. Users are responsible for all sales taxes and other taxes on merchandise shipped to other states. The rate of sales tax imposed will be the current rate required by the State of California.

Font Software or other digital media purchased at the web site will be available for immediate download once the ordering and payment process is completed. Unless otherwise specified, Delve Fonts will ship all physical merchandise within three business days of pur­chase. Delve Fonts reserves the right to select a shipping method and carrier appropriate for the merchandise to be shipped. Please refer to our shopping cart for specific rates. Delivery date estimates are good faith estimates only.

Return Policy
Font Software or other digital media purchased at the web site is sold as-is and may not be returned. If there is a problem with your Font Software purchase from Delve Fonts please call us at: (415) 699.5222 or use the online contact form and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Delve Fonts can only accept physical merchandise items (e.g. - CDs, T-shirts) for return that are in original, unused and resalable condition. Receipt for a refund of the purchase price less shipping. If the return is due to an error on Delve Fonts part, the cost of any shipping will be re­funded and no restocking fee applies. Please contact Delve Fonts with­in 10 days of receiving your merchandise. Include all parts, packag­ing, and packing slip with your return. All refunds will be issued through Paypal. Returns may be sent via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL at customer’s expense to:

Replacement Policy
Please inspect your order as soon as it is delivered. If an item arrives damaged or defective, or if the wrong item is received, we must be notified within 10 days by phone at (415) 699.5222 or via our online contact form. The damaged item will be replaced immediately at no additional cost.
